Superb ground floor apartment in a modern complex situated in the
foothills above Torreblanca, 2 kilometre's (20 minutes walk), from
the sea and surrounded by the beautiful Sierra Mijas mountains to
the North. Communications are excellent with Malaga airport some 20
minutes by car or train from Torreblanca.
 The
apartment is furnished to a high standard with one twin bedroom, lounge
/ dining room with a sofa bed which converts into a double bed, bathroom
with shower / bath, fully equipped kitchenette, and Sky TV. Both the
bedroom and lounge lead onto a South facing sun balcony with steps
down to a small private garden.
The apartment is well equipped and contains ironing facilities, clothes
airer and hair dryer. Linen and towels are supplied and collected
weekly. Guests are however asked to bring their own bathing towels.
Swimming pool and tennis courts are available two minutes away in
the adjoining "La Venta" gardens.
There are two very reasonably priced bar / restaurants within two
minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a Supermarket in which
you can buy most things that you will need.
Nearby is the Aquarius Tennis Village and many sporting facilities.
For those who like to get away from it all there are delightful walks
in the foothills of the Sierra Mijas mountains. Golfers may be interested
to know that there are several superb golf courses in the area.
Just beyond Marbella is the famous one thousand berth "Puerto
Banus" marina, which attracts yachtsmen and fun seekers from
all over the world. Also within easy reach are the well known mountain
villages of Mijas and Rhonda.
At Fuengirola, the Aqua Park provides a thrilling day out for those
who enjoy fun in the water. Also some 5 miles away at Benalmadena
is the well known Tivoli World (a Disney type complex). The beautifully
laid out grounds with fountains and restaurants from various countries
of the world make it an enjoyable day or evening out for all the family.
